Icons appear on the Red Tag output page representing selected options on an individual Red Tag. Each option is associated with a distinct icon and are set when a Red Tag is created or modified. An icon is displayed only when an option is selected; otherwise it does not appear.
Options with matching icons are : "Clay Paw", "Hair Clipping", "Collar Removal", "Personal Items Added", "Personal Items Removed", "Engraving Text", "Additional Ancillary Services" and "Check Non-Billable Notes.
The intent of the Additional Ancillary Services is to alert that a description of additional billable ancillary services exists. The blue screen icon appears, and the line item is changed to "Yes". The Red Tag data entry screen should be consulted to view what has been written there.
The Check Non-Billable Notes icon is turned on when there are additional notes on the Red Tag that are not billable and used for informational purposes. When the icon is showing, the line item is changed to "Yes". The complete notes description should also be reviewed at the data entry screen.
